Melbourne has always been a difficult market for me. I don’t know whether it’s because there isn’t much Agile software development happening in Melbourne, or if there is too much competition. But none of those reasons were sufficient to dampen the enthusiasm of my small Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course in Melbourne on Wednesday/Thursday. Everyone jumped in and gave it their best shot … not something that’s easy to do, if you’re new to Agile software development.
And, I’m happy to say that everyone enjoyed the class. I know this because I’ve just read their evaluations and everyone (100%) said that they would recommend my CSM course to a colleague. Not only that but the majority of participants (7/8) gave the course a 9/10 for enjoyment. Here’s a quote from one of the participants in response to my question “What did you like the most?”
